If your Florida deposit is late

  1. Confirm the date. Benefits post at the start of your scheduled day, not at a set hour; check after midnight, and remember Florida pays between the 1st and the 28th.
  2. Check the balance the official way. Use the number on the back of your card (888-356-3281), your state's EBT portal or the ebtEDGE / ConnectEBT app, never a third-party site.
  3. Look for a pending notice. A recertification, interim report or verification request that was not returned stops the deposit until it is processed.
  4. Check for a statewide or federal delay on our delays page and the agency site.
  5. Call the SNAP office. Florida SNAP (Food Assistance Program): 866-762-2237 ยท agency website.
